The situation: CNaught was building a carbon-credit purchasing platform — a complex product in a noisy, trust-challenged market. They needed to launch with clarity and credibility.
What I did: Served as fractional CMO. Developed a full marketing strategy, messaging and positioning framework, and oversaw a complete rebrand. Led the product launch communications that earned coverage in Axios.
The result: A clear, differentiated market position and a launch that put CNaught on the map in the carbon markets space.

Fiddler AI
Responsible AI · VP of Marketing · Seed to Series B
The situation: Fiddler was an early player in what would become the Responsible AI category — but at the time, that category barely existed, and Fiddler was unknown.
What I did: Joined as the first marketer and VP of Marketing. Built the team, hired agencies and freelancers, and developed and executed a content-led growth strategy that made Fiddler the defining brand in the space.
The result: Fiddler became the recognized category leader in Responsible AI primarily through a marketing-led growth model — earning Forbes AI 50, CB Insights AI 100, and World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer recognition, and growing from seed to Series B.
Fairly AI
Responsible AI · Website Rebrand · Product Launch
The situation: Fairly AI needed to launch a new product and rebrand their website — on a tight timeline, with a story that could hold up to enterprise buyers and a complex regulatory landscape.
What I did: Developed a marketing strategy, a messaging and positioning framework, and a content strategy. Oversaw the full rebrand and product launch execution in just a few weeks.
